My wife and I have lived here for 6months now and its been one of the best places we have live so far. There was a few problem with things here but Melissa was on it. The people here are nice and friendly and for the most part its pretty quite. Management is always making sure that things r clean. The Landry room is always clean and the machine r always working too.
Quiet, clean, and friendly. I’ve been here for about a year and a half now and I’ve had nothing but a good experience. Melissa the manager is a joy to be around and also speak with. She’s helpful, patient and goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. The park itself is pretty quiet and there’s little to no foot traffic. It’s in a nice secluded area which keeps the atmosphere peaceful and bright. 12/10 would definitely recommend!!
I moved to Bakersfield Mobile Home Park no so long ago, but I really like it. People is very nice, the place looks clean and organized. People hasn’t been loud or act crazy. Melissa the manager is super nice and friendly, she well explained my contract and every rule. Is nice to get out the porch and have a drink or play with your kids since is very calm and quiet. Highly recommend to move here!

Went to look at a 2bedroom mobile home. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything (remodeling done on unit, process for getting park approval and financing) in great detail. Melissa was completely on top of things and notifying me immediately of any changes with my application through the process. The general atmosphere of the park seemed friendly and peaceful.
