I recently checked out this location and it is clean, and the location is great! So close to so many great places to eat, and shop. The office Manager was so polite and professional.

College Oaks is a charming RV park located in Sacramento. The manager Antoinette is a very kind and caring person. She cares greatly for her community and keeps the park nicely maintained. I highly recommend this park.
My favorite thing about College Oaks is that it’s pretty and it’s fun to visit my grandma here

This little hidden gem is a very clean mobile home/RV Park. Good location because it’s close to restaurants and stores. The manager, Antoinette, was very nice, answered my questions, and was very patient with me. Seriously considering getting a spot here when I retire.
My sister lives here and I recently visited her there and found it to be very pleasant. The grounds were well kept and she expressed specifically that she is very pleased with Fred with maintenance and that any issue she has is promptly dealt with. She seems very happy there.
I live at 5000 auburn x almost 2 or more I like it its nice place tha lady at the office Antoinette she is so nice 👌
Such a hidden gem! A beautiful and clean setting with limited road noise, conveniences nearby, and respectful neighbors. The manager was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! She was able to answer our questions and gave great recommendations. We definitely recommend this rv and mobile home park.
