Definitely five stars for the new maintenance and construction team that have been doing quite a bit of excellent work.New Management says much more to come. In Park office, very close to I-5 North and South for easy commute to R edding,Red Bluff and Shasta lake.

Five stars for cost value minimum rent increases. A plus for the new management team who came in here and fixed all the street lamps which never worked they’ve been doing utility works a lot of cutting back on the trees newer management and maintenance is much better with new office and newer cleaned up buildings. Office open during business hours at the park. Great deal for the price. Very quiet at across from the cattle ranch which is now closed
Small quiet community near I-5, south of Redding. Great deal for the price. Affordable lease. Improved management and maintenance with on-site office open during business hours. Nice RV spots for low rent. Very close to I-5 North and South.

Five stars for the minimum cost and rent increases and value. More privacy than an apartment building. This place was pretty worn down a year ago. Underground pipes the lights never worked. They deserve a lot of credit for improving and putting a new office opened business hours during the week with a manager who responds quickly. Quiet close to I-5 I it’s a great deal for the price.

Street lamps fixed that hadn’t worked in 7 years. In Park office open during business hours good at answering questions quickly. They keep their word. And are eager to help you have a nice place to live. Very close to I-5 North and South.
