I bought my home a year and a half ago the gentleman that’s in charge of maintenance I thought he was the manager he takes care of everything anytime I’ve had a problem that’s who I go to he keeps the grounds beautiful his name is Tim very knowledgeable resourceful and respectful and very kind he is a type of employee every establishment should have my five stars are for the maintenance manager “Tim” thank you for always helping our however it is not a safe place to live myself and my neighbors have ADT cameras doesn’t seem to help I have homeless outside my door asking to use my bathroom management is not concerned nor the owners items of being stolen all the time my neighbors have had lots of things stolen owner should know better they should get some fencing some type of Patrol coming through a couple times of day and night there’s no fencing there’s no gating to keep people out my neighbor had over $9,000 of his equipment stolen people just drive right in the owner should know better
