Great family friendly park. Debbie and Dave do a great job and go out of there way to make things comfortable! The well pump recently went out and they were right on top of it. Working late in the evening to get the water back on! Not an easy task. ☺️
This is a very nice place to call home for a while. The staff and neighbors are very friendly. The water went out in the middle of the night and they resolved it first thing in the morning. I also had to move out abruptly. They were very understanding of the situation and gave my deposit back.

I went earlier today to look around the park and see how it was. It was well kept up on and very I mean VERY quiet for a all age park 👌🏼. The manager who showed me around was very friendly and professional. With that being said this place deserves a 5⭐ from a visitor.

The Park has totally improved 100 percent Since David and Debbie Rose took over.
Love living here! Our power went out and after checking all our breakers to no avail we called Debbie and they told us they would be right there. Barely twenty minutes later they were here and got our power back. Awesome people and very helpful!

Everything has been super smooth and easy! The staff is friendly and very kind. The park is very clean and everyone is very friendly! We are happy to be moving our family into a safe place!
David and I would like to share we have had Gold Hill Park less than a year and have made multiple changes to the park such as having the Trees trimmed and working on all areas keeping it up kept for all our Residents. I have a open door policy for all my Residents to reach out to David and I for any concerns or suggestions.

We had a tree fall the other day (nobody was injured). Debbie and Dave Rose came right out and stayed until it was completely dealt with. They have addressed any repairs needed quickly and with a smile. I have to say that the new management has made a lot of progress here in the park. Debbie and Dave Rose are working hard to make this the place we want and deserve. They are very reachable and approachable, unlike others in the past. Thank you, guys!
