Selling Broker Referral Program

Monte Christo Communities and our sister company, Casa Park Homes, value our local real estate brokers. Welcome your clients home to the Monte Christo manufactured home community of their choice. We remain committed to providing you and your clients with the best experience, and therefore we require referring brokers to accompany their clients on the client’s first visit to one of our homes for sale.

How to Register Your Clients

Accompany your client on their first visit to any of our communities or send an email to AHT@montechristomh.com with your client’s information and the community they are interested in. Should your client enter into a purchase agreement with Monte Christo Communities during the following 90-day period, you will be contacted to complete our Broker Referral Agreement.

The Referral Fee will be equal to the amount being offered at the time the Purchase and Sale Agreement is executed. Referring Broker Fee to be a percentage of base purchase price (prior to options or any extras) or as per MLS listing if property is listed on MLS.
